Returns

Cut flowers reserved by you and delivered to you within 24 hours after receiving your payment for your orders are live flowers and they become Perishable after 48 hours in Srilanka's hot climatic conditions, they are useable only once by you or for gifting or for Photography and cut Flowers cannot be reused as they are at their best only for a very short period of time depending on the climatic conditions and care provided by you to them upon receiving them, and return is therefore not possible due to the time consuming for transportation, they will perish the flowers.

We therefore do not accept returns of delivered cut flowers sent on request to you either by express or normal delivery courier services and none of the cut flowers and Bouquets delivered to you will be accepted for return under any circumstances.

Cut flowers are therefore generally at their best if you come personally or send your Representatives to our below mentioned Flower Shop for self pick up of your ordered cut flower Bouquets and arrangements, and we have provided you with that option at checkout. 

We urge you to therefore always self pick up all your ordered Cut flower arrangements at our below mentioned Flower Shop location at;

During self pickup only, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help, in that instance we will either completely refund your money to the same Account you used to make payments or we will happily make you our other products available for the paid amount of funds.

In case of a complete Refund as mentioned above, the normal Bank working days needed to make the refund process will apply, we do not have an influence on the time needed but we will overlook the refund process until completion and we will stay in contact with you in this regard as needed.

Transportation and delivery to you is arranged for you by us in order to make the process easier and helpful to you and we do not undertake any cost for damages caused to fresh flowers during the process of transport to you, as mentioned the transportation of Fresh Flowers to you is only done at your complete understanding that things can go wrong and that you totally agree and take the risk of losing the quality of your Fresh Flowers in part or in whole during transportation.

Refunds

As mentioned above refund in lieu of all fresh flowers is not possible.

Exchanges

As mentioned above, If you would like to exchange your Fresh Flowers for a different size, color, or style, this is possible only during the time of self pick up or self collection at our above mentioned Flower Shop.

Fresh Flowers are Non-Returnable, Perishable items under the category of:

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Processing Time

If we accept your Refund as mentioned above it will be at self pick up at our Flower Shop and we will issue you a receipt mentioning that your refund is in process and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
